B) Effects of Withdrawal (Refund)

 


If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (if any), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.


We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.


Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

 

 

F) Exclusions / No Right of Withdrawal

  • Custom-made / personalized goods made to the consumer’s specifications.

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal was removed after delivery (e.g., certain cosmetics and consumables).

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

 

 

 

 

G) Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
