Custom-made / personalized orders may be sourced from the USA (see below).

    If an order contains custom-made/personalized items, the free-shipping threshold may not apply due to sourcing and handling.

This can vary due to production/handling and international transit.


 

Tracking

 


If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.


 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

 


If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we can re-ship (additional shipping costs may apply) or refund after the return is received (original shipping costs may be non-refundable where applicable).
