- Discovery Points, tier progress, and selected benefits may be adjusted if an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or found to be invalid.

How do I join?
You can join through the Discovery Club button on the store. We recommend creating an account with the same email used for your orders.
How do I unlock the next tier?
Explorer unlocks after your first completed order, Insider after your second completed order, and Collector after your fourth completed order.
How do Discovery Points work?
Members currently earn 3 Discovery Points per €1 spent. 100 Points can be redeemed for €1 off eligible orders. Minimum use is 300 Points, maximum use is 1,000 Points per order, and redemption is available on qualifying orders from €35.
Are rewards guaranteed?
No. Discovery Club benefits depend on product availability, stock, campaign timing, and current Norwell campaigns.
Do cancelled or refunded orders count?
No. Only completed, non-refunded orders count toward Discovery Club progress. Discovery Points may also be adjusted after cancellations, returns, refunds, or invalid orders.
Can the benefits change?
Yes. Norwell may update benefits, tiers, points, or availability to keep the club sustainable, fair, and premium.
